Dasy Terms of Use

2.1 General provisions

These Terms govern the use of Dasy. The Platform is owned by Serhii Volodymyrovych Kurinnyi. By registering, signing in or using account-only functionality, a user confirms that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2.2 Role of Dasy

Dasy provides a technical platform for finding services and booking time. Services are provided by the relevant organization or professional. Dasy is not the provider of listed services, an employer of professionals, a medical institution, a payment intermediary or a party to payments between clients and organizations.

The current version of Dasy is free of charge. Dasy does not accept payments, charge commission, sell subscriptions, advertising or paid promotion.

2.3 User age

An account may be created independently from the age of 14. Users aged 14 to 18 use Dasy within the limits of their legal capacity and with the participation of a legal representative where required. For a person under 14, the account and booking must be created by a legal representative or by an organization at that representative’s request.

2.4 Account rules

• users provide an accurate name, email and telephone number and keep them current;
• users must not disclose OTP codes, tokens or account access to others;
• sign-in is available through email/OTP or Google; telephone/SMS and other methods may be added later;
• a person must not create accounts for fraud, evasion of restrictions or mass fictitious bookings;
• Dasy may require re-authentication or temporarily restrict access when suspicious activity is detected.

2.5 Organizations and professionals

A user who creates an organization becomes its owner and may also act as a professional. The owner may invite other registered users as professionals and assign permitted functions.

• organizations publish only accurate contacts, addresses, descriptions, services, prices, photographs and availability;
• organizations independently obtain all permissions, licences and qualifications required to provide listed services;
• owners must have the right to use names, logos, photographs and professional data;
• inviting a user does not permit publication of their personal contact details without separate consent;
• organizations are responsible for personnel who can access their pages, schedules and bookings.

2.6 Bookings

A booking is confirmed automatically once successfully created. A client may cancel or reschedule no later than the deadline configured by the professional or organization. An organization may cancel a booking or propose another time and must properly notify the client.

Rules on lateness, no-shows, cancellation and delivery of a particular service are set by the organization. Dasy only displays available settings and does not resolve financial or service disputes between the parties.

2.7 Bookings created for unregistered clients

A professional may manually enter a client’s name, surname, telephone and email and create a booking. The professional is responsible for the accuracy of the information, the client’s consent to transfer it to Dasy and the correctness of the booking. The client receives a service email and may cancel by contacting the professional or organization.

This function must not be used to import contact databases, advertise, send spam or create bookings without a person’s knowledge.

2.8 Special and higher-risk services

The Platform may list medical, wellness, cosmetic, tattoo, piercing, at-home and other services. Dasy does not routinely verify licences, education, qualifications, hygiene conditions or procedure safety and does not provide medical advice.

Users independently verify the provider, relevant indications, contraindications and credentials. Organizations comply with age, informed-consent, licensing and professional requirements. Illegal or dangerous services are prohibited.

2.9 Payments

In the current version, all payments are made directly between the client and organization outside Dasy. Dasy does not receive, hold or refund funds and does not set payment terms. These Terms will be updated before payments, subscriptions, commissions, advertising or paid promotion are launched.

2.10 Reviews and other content

• reviews must relate to genuine experience and must not contain knowingly false information;
• threats, discrimination, obscene abuse, spam, illegal content and disclosure of another person’s data are prohibited;
• Dasy may automatically screen text and photographs, review complaints, hide or remove content;
• authors retain ownership and grant Dasy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, technically process and display content only to operate the Platform;
• organization photographs will not be used in Dasy advertising without the owner’s separate consent.

2.11 Complaints, suspension and removal

Users may submit complaints through the available function or support contacts. An administrator may hide material, request an explanation, restrict functions, suspend a user or organization, or remove content that violates these Terms, the law, another person’s rights or Platform security.

Where reasonably possible, Dasy will communicate the reason for a restriction. Immediate suspension is permitted for fraud, security threats, illegal services, mass fictitious bookings or repeated violations.

2.12 Intellectual property

The software, design, Dasy name, structure and original Platform materials are protected by law. Users may not copy the Platform, interfere with its operation, circumvent access restrictions, perform unauthorized data scraping or use the Dasy brand in a way that suggests an official partnership.

2.13 Availability and liability

Dasy aims to operate reliably but may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, errors, provider actions or circumstances beyond the owner’s control. Dasy does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety or actual delivery of a service by an organization.

Each party is responsible for its own actions. No limitation applies where liability cannot lawfully be limited under Ukrainian law.

2.14 Termination

A user may delete their account. A 7-day recovery period begins after deletion is requested; signing in cancels deletion. Future bookings are cancelled. If the user is the only owner of an organization, deleting the account also deletes or deactivates the organization after the recovery period.

2.15 Changes, governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance unless the law requires another form of consent. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through support; unresolved disputes are handled as provided by law.
